The Mitel MiVoice 5330 IP Phone is a full-featured business device: a large graphical display with 24 programmable, multifunction, and self-labeling keys, three intuitive softkeys, ten hard keys for phone functions, and a built-in HTML player for desktop applications. This full-duplex hands-free phone also supports resiliency, hot desking, and clustered hot desking. 5330 device has 24 self-labeling function keys. This type of device is mainly used for people with an office function. But can also be used within an ACD environment. The advantage of self-labeling keys is that no local management needs to take place on the device.
